It used to be that computer parts were very expensive to come by and if your computer broke, then you were better off getting a new one. Nowadays, people fix their own computers all the time. Many people are able to upgrade their computers all by themselves for a pretty good low cost. The reason behind this is that the industry has becomes saturated with so much technology. Parts continue to become cheaper to produce. That means that the consumer gets to pay a lower price because the supply is so high. It is a great accomplishment if you think about it.
