HP Computers Not What They Use To Be

I have been a HP computer owner for many years. My first pentum was a HP and ever since then I have purchased Hp products. With that being said I have to grip a little which I generally don’t do.

I recently replaced my pentum 2 HP Pavalon desktop. I have been using a laptop for several years and figured it was time to get back to using a desktop. I went into Circuit City, headed straight to the HP's and found the one I wanted. So I bought another Pavalon and took it home. I had heard HP was having issues since merging with Compac, but I did not care.

Since buying that computer 7 months ago I have had to restore it 5 times and send it to HP twice. The network card has failed and the hard drive has failed. I am in School and lost all of my work twice now and have had nothing but frustration.

At one point I would have recommended HP computers to everyone, but now I will never buy another one. Buy HP at your own risk.
